UNISORB® Quantum PM™ Press Mounts
UNISORB's have designed their new line of Quantum PM Press Mounts to meet the installation and mounting needs for virtually any press built, from small tonnage presses to large transfer presses.

UNISORB® Quantum IM™ Injection Molding Mounts: UNISORB Quantum IM Mounts provide optimum leveling and alignment in minutes, without anchoring either the machine or mounts to the floor. Designed especially for injection molding and die casting machines, UNISORB Quantum IM Mounts dampen both vertical and horizontal impacts found in reciprocating machines. UNISORB Quantum IM Mounts meet applicable OSHA requirements.

UNISORB® LEVEL-RITE® Mounts: UNISORB's patented LEVEL-RITE mounts have been engineered to accommodate the needs of a broad spectrum of machinery. UNISORB® LEV-L-INE® Machinery Mounts: LEV-L-INE Machinery Mounts, with their patented, coined, malleable aligning discs, provide true self alignment with even load distribution over the entire bearing surface. They are designed to compensate for uneven floor distortion found in most industrial plants, and may be used with or without anchor bolts.

UNISORB® IMW Mounts: UNISORB IMW Mounts for injection molding and die casting machines are three piece wedge mounts that offer true vertical lift with enough adjustment range to meet the demands of most applications. IMW Mounts come standard with high friction, oil resistant nitrle butyl rubber isolation pads. Available in two sizes, these mounts will allow precise leveling of machinery and will prevent machines from walking.

Novibra® Anti-vibration Mounts: The Novibra product line includes various rubber to metal bonded anti-vibration mounts. Natural rubber is used, generally loaded in a combination of shear and compression to achieve the most effective levels of vibration isolation and to ensure long life for the mounts and machinery mounted on them.

UNISORB® Regufoam Isolation Material UNISORB Regufoam is applied as a vibration isolating structural element in the installation of both source and sensitive equipment.
