REA-JET: The REA-JET standard coding and marking system is especially designed to perform in harsh ambient conditions such as dust, humidity, vibrations, large temperature changes, and with aggressive substances. The patented REA-JET print head technology guarantees a high level of system availability and ease of use, with little maintenance required. For coding and marking needs a wide variety of paints and colors are available. These include alcohol, acetone and MEK based inks; water or solvent based inks; UV- and fluorescent colors resins, and hot-mark paints for surfaces up to 1200˚C.

REA-JET ST Coding and marking systems provide for a smooth manufacturing process, by enabling the clear identification of product components during the production process. The REA-JET ST spray technology marking systems are designed to apply all types of lacquer, inks, adhesives, lubricating greases, resins and mold release agents. The automatic REA-JET spray mark systems are simple to use, have low maintenance costs and reliably print a high quality mark in every mounting position. The compact design allows for trouble free integration into the existing production environment.
