Eddy Current Separators Eddy current separators are commonly used to separate non-ferrous materials from mixed waste and other product streams. By turning a magnetic rotor at hight speed, an eddy current can be created, which allows aluminum, copper and other metals to be separated from galss, plastic, wood etc to create a clean product.

Ferroplate Plate Magnets If you’re engaged in bulk processing — food, grain, chemicals, plastics, pharmaceuticals, minerals, etc. a Ferroplate plate magnet will help to protect your valuable equipment and your customers from tramp metal contamination.

Grate Magnets Grate magnets remove small particles of ferrous metal from free-flowing powders and granular materials. Standard construction features 1” round tubes filled with either high grade ceramic or rare earth magnets. Large Drum Magnets These are used for separating high volumes of steel or for especially demanding applications. Small Drum Separators Dings drums are all-purpose separators which are available in a variety of magnetic circuits. They purify everything from free-flowing powders to crumb rubber and minerals. Dings PC and FC drum separators are designed for applications with lower volumes of ferrous metal contaminants, such as foundries, powder or grain processing, crumb rubber and plastics or other recycling.
